Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the steam cleaner and all original accessories in the initial shipping box, clearly marking your RMA number on the outside.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at an authorized shipping center using the prepaid label provided or your preferred carrier method.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
